Heidi is a certified personal trainer who specializes in Biomechanics and Human Movement, as well as Adaptation and Behavioral Change. A trainer and educator since 2006, Heidi holds a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine, Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism.
